  • Sep. 2024: Prof. Pahwa has been selected as a member of the review committee of the 38th International Conference on VLSI Design (VLSID 2025) for the Electronic Design Automation & CAD track.
  • June 11, 2024: Our paper titled “ An All-Region BSIM Thin Film Transistor Model for Display and BEOL 3D Integration Applications” has been accepted for publication in IEEE Transactions on Electron Devices.
  • April 2024: Dr. Pahwa has been selected as a member of IEEE EDS Electronic Materials Committee.
  • March 2024: BSIM-CMG_112.0.0beta0_4, containing TFT compact model has been released.
  • March 19, 2024: Paper on “A Novel Physics Aware ANN Based Framework for BSIM-CMG Model Parameter Extraction” in collaboration with IIT Jodhpur has been accepted for publication in IEEE Transactions on Electron Devices.
  • March 6, 2024: Dr. Girish Pahwa joined as Assistant Professor at ICST, NYCU.
  • March 4, 2024: Dr. Girish Pahwa delivered a talk on Cryogenic CMOS compact models at IEEE EDTM conference, 2024.
  • Dr. Pahwa selected as a member of the IEEE EDS Compact Modeling Committee.
  • Dec. 7, 2023: Dr. Girish Pahwa delivered a talk on “Physical Insights and Modeling emerging ferroelectric devices” at Faculty Development Program in VIT, Vellore India.

  • March 1, 2022: Dr. Girish Pahwa appointed as the first Executive Director of Berkeley Device Modeling Center, University of California Berkeley.
